Secret Ingredient Smoothies
Here’s a GREAT way to sneak some spinach (so good for you!) into a smoothie that tastes so yummy. You can’t see or taste the spinach once it’s all blended so give it a try… and tell your kids/spouse you made them a yummy fruit smoothie… *wink wink*
1 cup frozen peaches or banana
2 cups frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 cup spinach
5-8 drops stevia, or a spoonful of honey
1 cup water, juice, cold green tea, or whatever liquid you like
Mix it all up and sip away! Cheers!
