Big boy
He sleeps in a toddler bed.
He can walk up and down the stairs without holding onto anything.
He talks all day about anything and everything with words and phrases
that never cease to surprise me and make me smile.
The other morning when he woke up I snuggled him, saying,
‘My sweet baby.’
He promptly corrected me, saying, ‘No baby, I’m a big boy Mama!’
‘Oh that’s right’, I said, ‘my big boy!’
Good thing too, because soon there really will be a baby in the house!
Jude is so precious and will make a great ‘big brother’! Not to mention that he’s brilliant (of course, ALL my grandchildren are!!) Love you Jude!!
