Papa’s Sand Table

Andrew has been enjoying having a shop to work in- and Jude loves his train table inside and now has a sand table outside. He has some crocks that he can put on and off by himself so on sunny days he’s been enjoying the freedom of going in and out on his own and playing for long stretches with his new sand table Andrew built. Now I can plant my garden and Jude will still have a place to dig!

  1. That’s a great sand table. Sensory play is so important for young children. Way to go Andrew!!

  2. You guys are so smart! A sand TABLE…makes so much more sense than a sandbox! I love it!
I’m lucky to have friends with wonderful, kid-oriented projects going on! Your ideas might blossom over here in Norway too…as they do I’ll keep you posted with pics!
    Sqeeze the kiddles for me!

  3. Haven’t check your blog in a while but so glad I did today! It was great to read about your birth story and see more pictures of precious Owen. Also, I like all your garden shenanigans. I’m reading a fab book called ‘Animal, Vegetable, Miracle’ by Barbara Kingsolver that I think you would love Jess. Not sure if you have time with a newborn, but someday…
