Mother’s Day Weekend
Well I couldn’t possibly even begin to describe how awesome a mother my beautiful wife is and how flippin’ amazing she is in everything she does. Six years and two kids later I’m more in love with her than I was when we met in Hawaii and blessed to share this life with her.
This weekend was a fun one as Jess’ parents and grandparents came over to be a part of the baby dedication service today and doubly cool that it was Mother’s day. A Baby Dedication is basically our way of publicly stating our commitment to raise Owen in a Godly way (to the best of our ability) and recognizing he is a gift from God.
After the service Jess’ family drove home and we spent some time wandering around Riverfront Park and tried out a pretty decent Hawaiian mix-plate joint nearby. A great weekend!
