Walking season
Last year Andrew and I started a Saturday morning tradition- going for a walk. We have some great trails and parks around here, also a walking trail along the river not far from our house. Sometimes we finished the morning at the farmer’s market or grabbed an iced coffee. Today we picked back up where we left off and took a lazy walk down a nearby road that goes past several horses and some farmland. Jude had a blast, Owen slept in the stroller, and Andrew and I got to chat. Welcome to walking season!
I love myself a good walk…and the babies just love it too! Its great that you guys have started that tradition…like you said, it gives you and Andrew a time to catch up a bit while Jude can explore new places and new found treasures under a watchful eye!
And on a sunny morning, with crisp air, and blue sky…there is nothing like taking a deep breath and inhaling the beauty of all you are thankful for!
